KRN Residential Design & KRN Tolentino Architecture – Regina, SK
Full-Time (In-Office) | $28.00–$35.00/hour
Start Date: Immediate
KRN Residential Design and KRN Tolentino Architecture are collaborative, Regina-based firms working across both residential and commercial projects. Our work ranges from custom homes and multi-family housing to commercial and community-based developments.
We are currently seeking an Interior Designer (Junior–Intermediate) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across a variety of project types and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
This position will be actively involved in both residential and commercial design, with a strong focus on understanding each client’s vision and translating it into thoughtful, well-executed design solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be involved throughout the design process, with responsibilities that may include:

- Developing interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials
- Selecting interior and exterior finishes and materials

- Assisting with lighting layouts and design coordination
- Preparing drawings and documentation using Revit (and AutoCAD as required)
- Producing renderings and visual presentations (as applicable)
- Coordinating with architects, technologists, and external consultants
- Participating in site reviews and supporting construction-phase coordination

- Hold a Degree in Interior Design and/or are working towards one.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in an interior design or architectural environment
- Registered Interior Designer with IDAS, or actively working toward registration (internship support available)
- Strong proficiency in Revit (required)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Experience with SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite is an asset
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and coordination
- Ability to interpret client preferences and translate them into tailored design solutions
- A versatile design mindset, with the ability to shift between styles and respond to a wide range of client needs
- We’re looking for someone who can confidently adapt their design approach to suit each client, rather than applying a single style across all projects
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Competitive hourly wage: $28.00–$35.00/hour (based on experience)
- Flexible working hours
- Group benefits package (available after 3 months), including:
- Health & Dental
- Vision Care
- Prescription Drug Coverage
- Travel Insurance
- Short-Term & Long-Term Disability
- Opportunity to work on both residential and commercial projects within a collaborative team environment
